How to install the Clock Spring Assembly / Spiral Cable on Scion xD?

In order to fit the Clock Spring Assembly, disconnection of the negative battery terminal and 90 seconds off ignition is required. Make sure that the front tires are straight and the turn signal is neutral. Connect the required parts and install the clock spring and center it and reassemble. Lastly, reconnect battery and check SRS light.
