Scion Radiator Support maintains the position of the radiator and condenser and protects the cooling performance without adding unnecessary weight, and provides the young Scion line with the solid frontal framework to remain light and customizeable. In 2003, Scion was born, and it was a bold paint style, simple one price shopping, and virtual adventures such as Scion City that were directly communicating to the new drivers. Limited Release Series editions were buzz generating and the small footprint ensured that every trip was easy in crowded streets and wallets. Every Scion was Toyota reliability, xB and tC were an invitation to keep adjusting the wheels, sound system, and accents until the car felt that it was theirs. Brand events and the presence of the owner club created a strong sense of community around every car and low cost warranty and good resale value enhanced brand loyalty. The spirit of experimentation continues to roll on even though production ceased in 2016 when its badge passes. Constructed of heavy steel or aluminium, the Scion Radiator Support mounts heat exchangers, buffers minor bumps and channels air to the engine. The first step in the installation of a new Radiator Support is to park safely, unplug the battery, and take off fascia, grille, and upper mounts. Unclips hoses and fans, drains coolant, braces radiator and condenser. Disassemble the frame with old frame, replace the brackets and bushings, install the Radiator Support of fresh frame. Check all bolts hand tight, ensure that the hood latch is on, the lamps and gaps are aligned, hardware is tightened in order, reconnection of lines, and refitting of panel, refilling of coolant, and checking of leaks.
