The Scion Back Up Light works by turning on to flood the space behind your car with a brilliant white light that simply acts to warn people and keep bumpers pristinely clean. Scion was born in 2003 and differentiated itself through bold colors, simple pricing and interactive projects such as Virtual Scion City that talked directly to first-time buyers. Limited Release Series editions made every compact a collector and the brand served as the test laboratory of Toyota, recording more than a million sales before 2016 and with many ideas which are today visible on the street. The drivers adored that a Scion could be personalized, young and affordable, and these attributes are a perfect match with the Back Up Light which is a part with limited complexity. A Back Up Light unit in itself is a small lamp mounted at the rear with a clear lens and a filament or LED that was only created to help in bringing light and to warn the user that they have selected reverse. The process of installing a new Scion Back Up Light is not that complicated, though it begins with unconnection of the battery to ensure that circuits are not exposed. Lamp housing, unbolt and remove the trim and its hatch. Unscrew the old bulb or unplug the old assembly, wipe the connector clean and then snap the new component in place, ensuring the gasket is lying flat to exclude water. Connect the housing, reattach the trim, rebuy wiring and test by selecting reverse. Assuming that the beam is pointed on, reconnect the battery and fit everything again and have the assurance of a good backing every night.
