  A: You must position a new gasket on top of the intake manifold when installing the throttle body assembly for the 2ZR-FE engine control system. Secure the throttle body assembly using 2 bolts along with 2 nuts by tightening them to 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf). Begin by attaching the water by-pass hose then the No. 2 water by-pass hose after which connect the throttle body assembly connector. Submit the air cleaner cap sub-assembly along with its hose and lock the two clamps into place before tightening the hose clamp to 3.0 Nm (31 kgf-cm, 27 in-lbf). The No. 2 ventilation hose and the wire harness clamp and mass air flow meter connector need to be connected. Engine coolant addition must occur before inspecting the vehicle for any possible coolant leakages. After all previous steps are complete you should install the No. 2 cylinder head cover.
