You need to install the fuel injector along the fuel delivery pipe by rotating it left and right without twisting the O-ring and confirm the injectors operate smoothly post installation until you need to replace the O-ring. New injector vibration insulators should be fitted onto the cylinder head followed by the correct placement of 2 No. 1 delivery pipe spacers. Adjust the 3 fuel delivery pipe bolts without dropping the fuel injectors while ensuring smooth rotation before tightening them to 21 Nm of torque (214 kgf-cm, 16 ft-lbf). To secure the fuel tube proper placement put the fuel tube connector into the fuel pipe until you hear a click while checking for avoidable damage and ensure integrity through fuel tube pull tests. Attach the fuel pipe clamp and join the vacuum hose with the No. 1 fuel vapor feed hose while performing the installation steps.
