During fuel injector installation onto the delivery pipe, maintain the O-ring untwisted while testing injector movement after but check for any necessary O-ring replacement. Orderly installation of 4 new injector vibration insulators onto the cylinder head requires placing 2 No.1 delivery pipe spacers facing the correct direction onto the cylinder head. Install the fuel delivery pipe with 4 fuel injectors before temporarily installing the 3 bolts with caution against dropping the injectors; check for smooth rotation of the parts while tightening the bolts to 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 16 ft-lbf).
