How to remove the ignition switch assembly on 2010 Scion tC?

To remove the ignition switch assembly for the 2AZ-FE system, disconnect the negative battery cable and wait 90 seconds. Remove the steering column cover, disconnect the ignition switch and unlock warning switch connectors, and remove the cable tie. Finally, unscrew the ignition switch and lock stopper.
