- Q: How to install the ignition switch assembly on 2010 Scion tC?A: The installation of the 2AZ-FE starting system ignition switch assembly requires locking the stopper with the screw followed by securing the switch with two screws. First connect the unlock warning switch connector to the claw position then apply the cable tie. The installation requires joining the unlock warning switch connector to the ignition switch connector. Install the lower cover of the steering column by using two screws but make a small turn of the steering wheel to get it into position. Complete the battery terminal connection using the cable before executing an initialization procedure because some systems need a reset afterward when disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) terminal.
