The first task for drive belt removal on 2AZ-FE engines requires you to remove the front fender apron seal RH before continuing. Special Service Tool: 09249-63010 enables you to loosen the V-ribbed belt tensioner arm by clockwise rotation before you remove the fan and generator V belt. The Special Service Tool together with other equipment must be kept in proper alignment throughout the use procedure. Turn the tensioner clockwise in a gradual motion during a period of at least 3 seconds when retracting it without applying force quickly. After achieving full retraction of the tensioner avoid adding excess force.
