  A: The process for brake master cylinder replacement starts by releasing booster vacuum by tapping the brake pedal before you detach the brake master cylinder from the brake booster. You should begin this task by draining the brake fluid then wash off immediately the fluid which contacts painted areas. Remove the front wiper arm head cap first before proceeding to take off the windshield wiper arm with attached blade from both left and right positions. Disconnect the hood then eliminate the component containing the cowl top seal and cowl top ventilator louver from the left side. Start the procedure by separating the windshield wiper motor and link before removing 7 bolts which allows for outer cowl top panel sub-assembly detachment. After separating the No. 1 cowl water extract hose with its clip removed proceed to loose the single bolt that holds the lower cowl body mounting bracket to the left side.
