  A: The installation of the brake master cylinder begins with positioning the master cylinder and No.1 way using two nuts that should be torqued to 12.5 Nm (127 kgf-cm, 9 ft-lbf). Secure the master cylinder reservoir tubes to their ports through installation of clips. Install the Special Service Tool: 09023-00101 onto the No. 1 way to fasten 2 brake tubes with a torque wrench that has a 30 cm (11.81 in.) fulcrum length. Torque the first tube to 15 Nm (155 kgf-cm, 11 ft-lbf) and the second tube to 14 Nm (143 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf). Use the tool to complete the brake tube installation from the master cylinder by applying the same torque values. Install the air cleaner cap sub-assembly together with the lower cowl body mounting bracket LH by torquing a bolt to 13 Nm (133 kgf-cm, 10 ft-lbf). Attach the outer cowl panel after installing its 7 bolts with 13 Nm (133 kgf-cm) torque while using a clip to install the No. 1 cowl water extract hose.
