How to install the radiator assembly on 2009 Toyota Tacoma?

Secure the radiator assembly through 4 bolts while tightening them to 18 Nm (184 kgf-cm, 13 ft-lbf). The Automatic Transmission Automatic Transmission hoses should be connected first for the oil cooler inlet and outlet before proceeding with radiator hose NO. 2 and its inlet. Put in the fan pulley but continue with the fan shroud and fan with fluid coupling taking care to avoid contact with the radiator. Use 4 nuts to provisionally secure the fan with fluid coupling before installing the 2 bolts which should be tightened to 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 in-lbf). The fan shroud logic incorporates the oil cooler inlet and outlet hoses while attaching the radiator reserve tank hose to the radiator then applying the fan generator V belt for final installation. The installation requires tightening 4 nuts to a torque value of 25 Nm (255 kgf-cm, 18 ft-lbf). The process to install the LH radiator support frame seal requires applying 9 clips before connecting the cable to the negative battery terminal with a torque of 3.9 Nm (40 kgf-cm, 35 in-lbf) and performing an inspection for engine coolant leakage. Place the engine under cover sub-assembly NO.1 for Pre Runner and 4WD Type and torque it to 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf).
