A torque wrench having a 300 mm (11.8 in.) fulcrum length operates in conjunction with Special Service Tool 30 mm (1.18 in.) to reach the target torque value when maintaining tool parallelism to the torque wrench. Fasten the air fuel ratio sensor connector together with the wire harness clamp following the installation step. The installation of the No. 1 exhaust manifold heat insulator requires 4 bolts which should be tightened to 12 Nm torque (122 kgf-cm or 9 ft-lbf). Exhaust gas leaks should be inspected as the last step.
