  A: Begin windshield glass installation by putting two new stoppers onto the vehicle framework. Use Primer G on the glass area beneath No. 2 windshield glass stopper with 3-minute drying time before placing 2 new stoppers on the glass. Put Primer G on the contact area of glass and mould before leaving the open paper on the windshield. After 3 minutes clean Prep the windshield outside moulding before installation. Damp the glass surface using Primer G before placing the adhesive dam. Let it dry completely before installing the dam excluding the notched area on top. Primer G application on glass follows by its drying before you put on the front inner window molding cover. Secure the windshield glass over suction cups by leveling the surface contact and setting mark positions on parts of the glass and vehicle body. Rub off the glass and apply Primer M to the uncovered vehicle body area before drying it. Put Primer G onto the contact surface of the glass. Spread Primer G on the windshield outer moulding then dry it before you apply Toyota Genuine Windshield Glass Adhesive or its equivalent to the glass. Place the glass on the vehicle body by aligning matchmarks and pressing it slowly along the edge until it reaches a small space between surfaces before securing with protective tape until the glue dries. Check for wind leaks once the adhesive is solid and fix moisture leaks with auto glass sealant. Place the headlining back to its correct position while attaching all components that include the inner rear view mirror assembly, inner rear view mirror support part, visor systems, visor mounts, visor hardware, visor bracket cover, map light fixture, pillar trim parts, and front grip support structure. Place a 2 to 3 mm adhesive bead (3M DP-105 or equivalent) on fresh clips then apply primer to the body part before tight installation. Once 40 minutes passes you can put in the windscreen outside trim followed by installing the No. 3 clip with a riveter keeping exact contact between the head and molding. Place the No. 4 windshield pads and mount both the left and right windshield outside mouldings. Attach the cowl top ventilator louver, put in front fender main seals at both sides, put on the upper radiator seal, join the power supply to the battery -ve, and set up the wiper arms.
