How to remove the radiator on 2009 Toyota Corolla?

The first task to remove the radiator starts by taking off the battery. As the second step remove the radiator grille protector followed by the front bumper assembly. Before beginning you should first drain the engine coolant followed by removing the thermistor assembly. First disconnect the radiator reservoir tank hose before proceeding with No. 1 and No. 2 radiator hose removal from the radiator assembly. Use a wrench to uninstall the upper radiator support through removal of its 2 bolts and 2 upper supports as well as 2 support cushions. You should disconnect the hood lock assembly while you remove the water by-pass hose from its 3 clamps until you detach it from the radiator assembly. The hood lock support sub-assembly becomes removable when all 2 bolts are removed along with disconnecting the horn connector before proceeding to take off the upper radiator support sub-assembly through removal of its 4 bolts. Take out the 2 bolts from the No.2 fan shroud and detach the 2 claws to remove it. The radiator assembly with fan shroud needs careful removal after disconnecting both the cooling fan ECU connector and wire harness clamp while maintaining safety of the connector and avoiding forceful handling of the cooler condenser assembly and pipe. The last step involves deleting the 2 lower radiator supports while detach the 2 oil cooler hoses from the radiator and unfastening the 2 bolts that secure the oil cooler hose. To finish up detach the fan shroud from the radiator assembly by taking out its 2 bolts.
