The oil cooler installation requires the union bolt and plate washer which must be tightened to 68 Nm (693 kgf-cm, 50 ft-lbf). Mould the two oil cooler hoses to connect them to the oil cooler. The next step involves mount the oil filter sub-assembly before adding engine coolant then engine oil. The technician should inspect the engine oil level while performing a leak check for any oil loss. As part of the inspection process you should observe if engine coolant is leaking from anywhere. Secure the V-bank cover into place using its 2 nuts while torqueing them to 7.5 Nm (76 kgf-cm, 66 in-lbf).
