Install the detent spring cover and detent spring through a bolt which needs 10 Nm (102 kgf-cm, 7 ft-lbf) torque. The procedure ends with transmission wire connection followed by valve body oil strainer assembly installation then automatic transmission oil pan sub-assembly fitment. Connect the cable to the negative battery terminal yet initialization procedures should follow for certain systems while adding automatic transmission fluid whenever necessary.
