You should install 2 new windshield glass NO.1 stoppers on the vehicle body structure. The window glass adhesive dam needs its installation part coated with primer g before installation of a new dam with double-sided tape applied to the glass except the stopper installation areas. A brush or sponge should be used to apply primer g on the edge of windshield moulding outer upper glass and contact surface followed by a drying period of 3 minutes or more before moulding installation. Proceed to remove the windshield moulding outside LH, install the windshield moulding outside RH, conduct a leak test after the adhesive has hardened, seal any leaks with auto glass sealer, and then install the cowl top ventilator louver sub-assembly, front wiper arms RH and LH, remove the front wiper arm head cap, install the roof headlining assembly, inner rear view mirror assembly, remove the sun roof opening trim moulding (w/ sliding roof), install the roof console box assembly, visor holder, assist grip sub-assembly, visor assembly RH and LH, front pillar garnish RH and LH, and finally, the front door opening trim weather strip RH and LH.
