How to remove the water pump on 2008 Toyota Sequoia?

The first step to remove the water pump begins with disconnecting the negative battery terminal cable but no work should start before waiting 90 seconds to complete SRS system disablement; some software requires initialization before reconnecting power. The relevant procedures must be followed to remove the timing belt before continuing. The water by-pass hose must be disconnected from the inlet water housing followed by removal of both inlet water housing bolts and water inlet while retrieving the O-ring from the inlet water housing. To finish the process remove the water pump assembly through the disassembly of five bolts, two stud bolts and a nut for water pump and gasket removal along with extracting the O-ring from the water by-pass pipe.
