The installation of the 2AZ-FE engine fan and generator V belt requires Special Service Tool: 09216-42010 along with a 19 mm socket wrench to turn the V-ribbed belt tensioner arm clockwise so that the belt installation can be performed. Use the Special Service Tool with other equipment in alignment followed by a slow clockwise movement of the tensioner for three seconds without applying quick torque. Never use excessive force during this phase after completely retracting the tensioner. We should now install the front suspension member reinforcement RH through its 4 bolts with a torque of 96 Nm (979 kgf-cm, 71 ft-lbf). After that, install the front fender apron RH followed by the front wheel RH and conclude with the radiator support opening cover.
