How to remove the thermostat on 2008 Toyota RAV4?

Start the job by removing the No. 1 engine under cover then draining the engine coolant. First step involves the removal of radiator support opening cover with disconnection of the No. 2 radiator hose. Untwist the 2 nuts then disconnect the water inlet from its position on the cylinder block. Remove the thermostat and detach its gasket at last.
