  A: The start motor servicing process starts by detaching the magnet switch body wire using a nut uninstallation before disassembling 2 screws [B] which connects the starter drive housing to the magnet switch for removing both items together with their return spring and plunger. The process starts with removing two through bolts to pull out the starter yoke combined with starter commutator end frame until separating the starter yoke from this frame. Cut the starter yoke away while removing the starter armature plate and then use a screwdriver to take away the starter commutator end frame cover. Snap ring pliers should be used to disconnect the snap ring prior to taking out the washer and starter armature from the starter commutator end frame. Separate and remove the 3 planetary gears from the starter center bearing clutch followed by taking out the starter center bearing clutch with the starter drive lever set pin from the starter drive housing. Take out the starter drive lever set pin from the starter center bearing clutch as the last step.
