The rear wiper blade removal starts with blade elevation until the claw disengages by making a clicking noise while avoiding claw damage. Remove the rear wiper blade along the left vehicle side by pulling it directly from the wiper arm while avoiding any rear wiper arm bending to protect the windshield surface. To detach the wiper rubber from its blade stopper first grip the blade rubber end sticking out from the blade stopper before pulling it away carefully while being watchful of backing plate deformation or blade claw damage; pushing the rubber can simplify the removal process. Remove the 2 wiper rubber backing plates which exist on the wiper rubber.
