How to remove the radiator cooling fan motor on 2008 Toyota Highlander?

The removal process of the 2GR-FE radiator cooling fan motor starts by removing the radiator assembly with attached fan assembly containing the motor. Stub the fan assembly complete with the motor before proceeding to detach it. The procedure begins with fan removal by unfastening two nuts and two fans from the assembly. Disconnect the fan motor connectors then remove the No. 1 cooling fan motor by unscrewing its 3 screws and extracting the fan motor. The No. 2 cooling fan motor should be removed through the same procedure of removing its 3 screws and fan motor.
