The process to remove the rear cigarette lighter socket begins with shifting out the shift lever knob sub-assembly from manual transaxle units. After removing the upper console panel perform the subsequent step. The socket needs a circular turn in order to free up the securing claw which results in the small piece moving toward the room side. Set the socket within the notch of the cigarette lighter socket cover before extracting the cigarette lighter assembly into the room direction.
