How to install the engine oil cooler on 2008 Toyota Camry?

The first step to install the engine oil cooler for 2AZ-FE lubrication system requires cleaning the contact surface of the oil cooler and placing a new O-ring on the oil cooler. First coat the threads and under the head of the oil cooler union bolt with engine oil before union bolt installation with plate washer, oil cooler union bolt and nut where the union bolt requires 79 Nm (800 kgf-cm, 58 ft-lbf) torque and the nut needs 9.0 Nm (92 kgf-cm, 80 in-lbf). Installation of the two oil cooler hoses will be followed by the oil filter sub-assembly along with engine oil and engine coolant addition. Proceed to inspect for oil leakage and check the engine oil level before installing the engine under cover RH and engine under cover LH simultaneously with front wheel opening extension pads LH and RH.
