How to remove the rear center Seat Belt assembly on 2008 Toyota 4Runner?

The procedure to remove the rear center seat outer belt assembly starts with tonneau cover retractor sub-assembly removal followed by rear No. 2 seat assembly LH and RH extraction then the removal of the No. 2 seat leg cover. The seat lock assembly on the right-hand side of rear position No. 2 requires removal by first removing the seat bolts along with its seat lock. Begin by removing the back door glass Weather Strip along with the deck board sub-assembly via the removal of the two bolts. Start by unplugging the bolt from the deck board assembly and the rear floor mat support plate rear along with the deck floor box RH and the luggage hold belt striker. Screwdriver users should tape the tool tip before using it to remove the deck trim cover at the rear position. You must start by removing the RH screw from the upper rear side board and then proceed with extracting the side trim box assembly RH. The next step involves taking out the quarter scuff plate inner part on the right side followed by the rear door scuff plate on the right side and ending with the removal of the rear door Weather Strip on the right side. Through this procedure you will first eliminate the rear floor carpet assembly then the deck trim side panel assembly by conducting these steps: removing floor anchor cover then uninstalling the bolt and seat belt assembly outer from the floor anchor side lastly the side panel assembly. The process continues with the rear No. 2 seat deck trim side panel assembly by taking out the floor anchor cover followed by the bolt and No. 2 seat belt outer RH. To access the rear seat belt assembly outer center the technician will first detach the bolt and No. 2 seat belt outer RH on the shoulder anchor side and the roof side garnish assembly inner RH and roof side garnish assembly inner RH with the rear No. 2 seat and then remove the side garnish before concluding the procedure by taking out the rear seat belt assembly outer center components that require removal of the rear seatback board RH, the rear seat shoulder belt cover and the nut and rear seat belt.
