How to remove the headlamp dimmer switch on 2008 Toyota 4Runner?

You must first take off the steering column lower cover and the upper cover to access the headlamp dimmer switch. To finish removing the assembly you need to disconnect its connector from the switch first and remove all two screws which secure it.
