2007 Toyota Sienna Wheel Stud Parts Q&A

  • Q: How to service the front Wheel Stud on 2007 Toyota Sienna?
A: The service process for the front wheel stud starts by taking off the front wheel before separating and removing the left-hand side front disc brake caliper assembly and front disc. The left-hand wheel stud requires the mounting of two washers and nuts as an initial step. A screwdriver using Special Service Tool: 09628-10011(s) permits the removal of the front wheel stud LH hub when using the tool to grip the front axle. Use a screwdriver to maintain the front axle position before you install the washer along with a new nut on the front wheel stud LH hub. Then torque the nut to make the wheel stud secure. Install the front disc followed by the front disc brake caliper assembly on the left-hand side and the front wheel making sure the torque reaches 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft.lbs).
