2007 Toyota Sienna PCV Valve Parts Q&A

  • Q: How to service the PCV Valve on 2007 Toyota Sienna?
A: The first step of servicing the Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve includes uninstalling the V-bank cover sub-assembly followed by disconnection of the ventilation hose from the valve. Proceed to take off the ventilation valve from its place. Install the ventilation valve by putting adhesive on 2 to 3 threads with Adhesive: Part No. 08833-00070, Three Bond 1324 or equivalent before torqueing it to 27 Nm (275 kgf.cm, 20 ft. lbs.). The installation process ends with connecting the ventilation hose to the ventilation valve followed by restoring the V-bank cover sub-assembly.
