2007 Toyota Sienna Parts Questions & Experts Answers
Q: How to remove and install the Blower Motor on 2007 Toyota Sienna?
A: The first step to remove the blower unit requires removal of the instrument panel sub-assembly containing the passenger Air Bag assembly. The first task involves heater to foot duct No.1 removal through clip detachment. You must remove both the stereo component amplifier assembly along with the ECM from the system. First release the 2 clamps and 2 nuts together with the wire harness from the blower assembly before extracting the bolt and 2 screws and one nut. Begin blower assembly installation and then fix it using the bolt, 2 screws, and nut while torquing bolt A to 9.8 N.m (100 kgf.cm, 87 in.lbf). The remaining steps include putting both clamps and both nuts and wire harness into place before finalizing the instrument panel assembly with the passenger Air Bag assembly.
