    A: The first step to remove the radiator requires fan assembly removal including its motor. The first step involves disconnecting the No. 2 radiator by disassembling the 3 bolts from each of the upper RH radiator support and upper LH radiator support as well as the lower RH radiator support and lower LH radiator support. Once all bolts are removed you can separate the radiator from the vehicle. Special Service Tool: 09817-33190 should be used to extract the radiator fan temperature switch. To install the radiator fan temperature switch use Special Service Tool: 09817-33190 and apply a torque force of 7.0 Nm (71 kgf-cm, 62 inch lbs.). Place the No. 2 radiator inside the vehicle after that attach the lower LH radiator support with 3 bolts scoped for bolt A at 5.0 Nm (51 kgf-cm, 44 inch lbs.) and for bolt B at 3.9 Nm (40 kgf-cm, 35 inch lbs.). The proper torque should be applied when attaching the radiator supports at their remaining positions. The final part of the installation involves putting back the fan assembly together along with its motor.
