    A: The first step to service the throttle body includes the drainage of engine coolant. Start by removing the air cleaner cap combined with its hose before you disconnect the throttle body assembly through separating the throttle control motor from the throttle position sensor connector and removing both the vacuum hose from the throttle body to finally disconnect the two water by-pass hoses. Service of the throttle body requires initial bolt removal which then proceeds with fuel pipe support removal followed by the throttle body before completing with the gasket. Use a new gasket on the intake manifold before installing the throttle body combined with fuel pipe support through four bolts with final torque reaching 30 N.m (305 kgf.cm, 22 ft.lbf). Attache both water by-pass hoses in addition to the throttle control motor and throttle position sensor connector and the vacuum hose to the throttle body. The procedure requires reattaching the air cleaner cap to the air cleaner hose as well as engine coolant addition and testing for any coolant leakage.
