How to replace the Speed Sensor (ATM) on 2006 Toyota Camry?

The first step to replace the Transmission Revolution Sensor (ATM) includes removal of the battery followed by removing the air cleaner assembly along with air cleaner hose No.1 and air cleaner bracket and finally the air cleaner inlet No.1. First disconnect the speed sensor connector before removing the bolt which will enable the removal of transmission revolution sensor (NT SENSOR). The same procedure should be performed for installing the transmission revolution sensor (NC SENSOR). Install the NC SENSOR by applying ATF to an O-ring before bolting the piece with 11 Nm torque for U151E and 8.8 Nm torque for U250E while verifying the manufacturer's name on installation. After connecting the speed sensor cables you should reinstall the NT SENSOR at 11 Nm (110 kgf-cm, 8 ft. lbs.) torque while linking its speed sensor connector. The last step includes putting the air cleaner inlet No.1 followed by air cleaner bracket and air cleaner hose No.1 before reinstalling the air cleaner assembly and the battery.
