  A: Start the replacement process of the Evaporative Emission Control Canister by removing the spare tire. The first step requires removing the charcoal canister assembly by disconnecting the fuel tank vent hose from the canister due to deeply pushing the connector inside and pinching portion A before connector removal. Use the same method to detach canister outlet hose No. 2 from its connection to the charcoal canister. First unplug the VSV connector from the CCV along with unscrewing the purge line hose from the charcoal canister. Unfasten the three bolts which secure the charcoal canister to the body structure. Hook up the charcoal canister by inserting it within the installation points while securing it with three bolts tightened to 20 N.m (204 kgf.cm, 15 ft.lbf). After the purge line hose connection to the charcoal canister, connect the VSV connector to the CCV before linking canister outlet hose No. 2 to the charcoal canister and finally connect the fuel tank hose to the charcoal canister.
