How to service and repair the Canister Purge Valve on 2006 Scion tC?

In order to service the Canister Purge Valve, disconnection of negative battery terminal is necessary and must not be done when Air Bag must be activated. Disconnect the connector and hoses of the purge VSV. To install, attaching hoses, wire harness clamp, and reconnecting the purge VSV connector and then reconnecting the battery terminal.
