How to replace the Side Air Bag Sensor Assy LH on 2005 Toyota Sienna?

Begin the replacement process of the Side Air Bag Sensor Assy LH by following safety requirements for Air Bag Systems. The battery negative terminal should be disconnected before removing the front door scuff plate LH and the rear door scuff plate LH as well as front door opening trim Weather Strip LH and rear door Weather Strip LH and lap belt outer anchor cover LH and center pillar garnish lower LH and front seat outer belt assembly LH. The procedure begins with removing the side air bag sensor assembly LH by disassembling its 2 nuts while disconnecting the connector. Following a 90-second period of disconnected battery negative terminal and OFF ignition switch start the installation. The side air bag sensor assembly LH requires installation with 2 nuts which should be torqued to 17.5 N.m (178 kgf.cm, 13 ft.lbf).
