Professionals should empty engine coolant before they detach the fan and generator V belt and water pump pulley using Special Service Tool: 09960-10010 (09962-01000, 09963-00600) to remove the 3 bolts. You should move forward to remove the water pump assembly by first removing three bolts and two nuts. Position the new gasket while connecting the water pump assembly through its 3 bolts and 2 nuts before torquing them to 11 Nm (112 kgf-cm, 8.1 ft. lbs.). Start by installing the water pump pulley with its 3 bolts but keep holding it with Special Service Tool: 09960-10010 (09962-01000, 09963-00600) and apply torque of 15 Nm (153 kgf-cm, 11 ft. lbs.) to these bolts. Install the fan and generator V belt followed by drive belt deflection and tension inspection and proper engine coolant addition to check for leakage. The installation process ends with the reinstallation of engine under cover RH and engine under cover LH as well as the radiator support opening cover.
