The cooling fan service requires you to remove the upper radiator support first by disconnecting the cooling fan connector then reservoir hose followed by loosening the 3 bolts securing the cooling fan. Momentum required for cooling fan installation should reach 7.5 Nm (76 kgf-cm, 66 inch lbs.) using three bolts as fasteners. The cooling fan connector needs reconnection during this step. The service includes connecting the upper radiator hose to the radiator followed by installing the upper radiator support and filling the system with engine coolant before testing for any leaks during engine start-up. Unscrew the nut to remove the fan while the fan motor requires removing its 3 screws during disassembly.
