The disassembly process starts with taking out the fan motor after unscrewing its 3 screws and then removing the fan together with the nut. When reinstalling the fan motor attach it with the 3 screws while torqueing it to 2.65 Nm (27 kgf-cm, 23 inch lbs.) when A/C is on or 3.98 Nm (41 kgf-cm, 35 inch lbs.) when A/C is off. Install the fan after fitting it with a nut and tighten it to 6.4 Nm (66 kgf-cm, 57 inch lbs.). To install the cooling fan use three bolts while torquing them to 7.5 Nm (76 kgf-cm, 66 inch lbs.) then connect the cooling fan connector.
