How to replace the windshield wiper motor assembly on 2005 Toyota Avalon?

In order to change the windshield wiper motor assembly, unscrew the two front wiper arms as well as the cowl top ventilator louver. Unplug the motor and connection assembly and remove the wiper link. Install the new link and motor, and assure correct torque. Install the wiper arms, tighten them at the torque.
