How to replace the water pump assembly on 2005 Scion tC?

In order to substitute the water pump assembly (2AZ-FE) disconnect the battery negative terminal and empty the engine coolant. Take out the parts needed and disassemble water pump by unscrewing different clamps and bolts. Wipe the contact surface and install seal packing and the parts, with good torque requirements. Lastly, inspect any leakage of the coolant and replace covers.
