The replacement of the cigarette lighter socket assembly starts by taking out the shift lever knob sub-assembly (manual transaxle) and continuing with console panel sub-assembly UPR FR along with console upper rear panel sub-assembly before ending with console box assembly RR. To remove the cigarette lighter socket assembly start by turning the socket according to the illustration while disengaging its claw from the cigarette lighter socket cover, afterward simply extract the socket from its position. Use the socket to match the notch position on the cigarette lighter socket cover until the assembly of the cigarette lighter socket becomes removable. Installation requires you to position the socket against the notch on the cigarette lighter socket cover before pushing the cigarette lighter socket assembly until it reaches its maximum depth.
