How to service the Steering Angle Sensor with VSC on 2004 Toyota Tundra?

Removing the steering wheel pad, with front wheels straight, removes the Steering Angle Sensor with the VSC. Unscrew the lower covers, loosen the torx screws and unscrew the Air Bag connector. Take off the steering wheel, remove the horn and store the wheel pad. Next, take off the spiral cable and sensor and reattach in reverse.
