The next step involves unbolting and uninstalling the 2 bolts and seat belt from the rear seat outer belt ASSY RH before proceeding to uninstall the rear seat outer belt ASSY center by disassembling its 4 claws with screwdriver and detaching 9 clips and bolt and seat belt. Secure hole removal of the rear seat inner belt ASSY RH and rear seat inner belt ASSY center through elimination of their designated bolts and seat belts. To install the CRS lower anchorage, first remove the 2 bolts after which you should use the same bolts to install the new lower anchorage and achieve a torque value of 31 Nm (316 kgf.cm, 23 ft.lbf). Secure the rear seat inner belt ASSY center and RH with their bolts by applying torque at 42 Nm (430 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf). During installation check that the anchor part of the rear belt does not overlap the floor panel protrusions. During testing of the rear seat outer belt ASSY center one must evaluate the belt retraction lock point to verify that the retractor remains intact. The belt should extend from the retractable mechanism when the retractor tilt exceeds 45 degrees or less than 15 degrees. Install the seat belt using a bolt that requires 42 Nm (430 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf) torque and verify its locking ability during quick belt pull. To finish installation of the rear seat belt outer ASSY RH users must conduct all required checks and torque implementations and confirm that the child restraint system locks as intended.
