  A: Start service and repair of the blower motor by first removing the instrument panel sub-assy w/passenger Air Bag assy then continuing with the instrument panel sub-assy lower, transmission control ECU assy, ECM, network gateway ECU, heater to register duct No.1, and air duct sub-assy using screw removal. The blower assy removal process starts with disconnecting 10 connectors and removing five clamps before disconnecting the wire harness and unfastening three screws and a nut. Untwist the air inlet servomotor screws then disconnect the blower motor control connector before taking out both control screws. Unplug the blower w/fan motor sub-assy No.2 through the removal of five screws and opening the blower motor cover to detach the cooler wiring harness sub-assy No.2. Begin by unscrewing three screws to separate the blower w/fan motor sub-assy followed by releasing two claws for removal of the air filter cover plate with clean air filter. Next step is to extract the clean air filter from the air filter cover plate. First install the blower assy with three screws while employing repair screw (parts No.90159-70003) for securing screw (A). Finally connect the wire harness with ten connectors and five clamps before attaching the transponder key computer assy connector for installation.
