How to Replace a Cigarette Lighter Assembly on 2004 Toyota Highlander?

The first step to replace the Cigarette Lighter Assy involves the removal of Instrument Cluster Finish Panel Assy Center. First remove the Instrument Cluster Finish Panel Assy Center and secondly extract the Cigarette Lighter Assy by uninstalling the cover of the cigarette lighter and rotating the assembly to free the meshing between the cigarette lighter and indicator lens before pulling out the assembly. The new Cigarette Lighter Assy should be installed with proper socket alignment to the socket cover cutout followed by complete pushing action for installation.
