The first step to replace the vane pump V belt involves freeing bolts A and B followed by removing the belt. To fit the vane pump V belt begin by placing it on each respective pulley before using a bar to adjust tension and tightening bolt B to 43 Nm (439 kgf-cm, 32 ft. lbs.) followed by tightening bolt A to the same torque value. Begin by putting V (cooler compressor to crankshaft pulley) belt Number One on each pulley before tightening adjusting bolt C while adjusting its tension. The installer must perform the final bolt tightening procedure by applying 58 Nm (591 kgf-cm, 43 ft. lbs.) to bolt A while bolt B requires 18 Nm (184 kgf-cm, 13 ft. lbs.). Check drive belt tension after finishing these procedures to reattach the front wheel RH.
