    A: The water pump replacement process starts with draining engine coolant followed by removing components in the following order: front wheel RH, front fender apron seal RH, V belt No. 1, vane pump V belt, engine moving control rod, engine mounting stay No. 2 RH, generator bracket No. 2, crankshaft pulley, timing belt No. 1 cover, timing belt No. 2 cover, engine mounting bracket RH, timing belt guide No. 2. Lastly, the technician removes timing belt as well as timing belt idler sub-assy No. 2 by removing bolt and camshaft timing pul Start by uninstalling the timing belt and timing belt idler sub-assy No. 2 through the sequence of removing the bolt followed by the camshaft timing pulley and timing belt No. 3 cover. Begin by uninstalling the water pump assembly through removal of 4 bolts plus 2 nuts and final extraction of the water pump itself. Insert the water pump along with its new gasket using the provided 4 bolts and 2 nuts before tightening them to 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 inch lbs.). The installation process starts with timing belt No. 3 cover then camshaft timing pulley followed by timing belt idler sub-assy No. 2 which requires a torque of 43 Nm (438 kgf-cm, 32 ft. lbs.). The technician must inspect the timing belt before installing the timing belt and timing belt tensioner assy and timing belt guide No. 2. Next follows installation of engine mounting bracket RH with 28 Nm (286 kgf-cm, 21 ft. lbs.) torque which precedes timing belt No. 2 cover and timing belt No. 1 cover and crankshaft pulley and generator bracket No. 2 with a torque of 28 Nm (286 kgf-cm, 21 ft. lbs.). The final step includes installation of engine mounting stay No. 2 RH followed by the engine moving control rod and vane pump V belt and V belt No. 1 before drive belt tension inspection and engine coolant addition and front wheel RH reinstallation.
