  A: Start brake booster vacuum service and repair work by removing the master cylinder and disconnecting the vacuum hose together with the two vacuum switch connectors from the brake booster. You should first remove the front door scuff plate then take away the cowl side trim board followed by the side panel then lower finish panel and No. 2 heater to register duct. You have to remove the pedal return spring, clip, clevis pin followed by a 13 Nm (130 kgf-cm, 9 ft. lbs.) torque when removing the brake booster through its four nuts and gentle pull. The next procedure requires removing the gasket from the brake booster bracket followed by loosening the lock nut and removing the clevis with a torque of 25 Nm (250 kgf-cm, 18 ft. lbs.).
