How to service the inverter radiator on 2003 Toyota Prius?

Begin the service of the inverter radiator by draining HV coolant before you uninstall the front bumper cover to disconnect the ambient temperature sensor and water temperature switch connector. The three nut holding the inverter radiator must be removed after disconnecting both water hoses and the water temperature switch. The position and installation of the inverter radiator should be done by using three nuts which require 8.0 N.m (82 kgf.cm, 71 in.lbf) torque. Install the water temperature switch by torquing it to 7.4 N.m (75 kgf.cm, 65 in.lbf) after connecting the two water hoses. Then reconnect the water temperature switch connector along with the ambient temperature sensor. Finish the electrical procedure by attaching the front bumper cover followed by HV coolant addition.
